Shands General serves brunch every Saturday from 11am to 2:30pm and Sunday from 10am to 2:30pm. Whether you're settling in for a slow morning with the family or kicking off a Sunday with something a little more indulgent, our brunch menu is built around the same locally sourced, chef-driven kitchen as everything else we do.

Think Hangover Bucatini, Korean Fried Chicken & Waffles, Steak & Eggs, and a Smash Burger that holds its own against anything on Main Street — alongside lighter options, housemade sides, and a full cocktail and beverage program to match.
